G3, area of land in North East corner of site within car park area; this area is to be cleared, notable trees within the area are a Robinia, this tree is to be replaced, it has a very weak lower union,(photo) and has failed in the past in to neighbouring property. Like other areas on the site the original planting has been overtaken by self set trees and vegetation and has become very difficult to maintain to a reasonable standard. The space was also a bike parking area and an outdoor seating area until a previous grounds maintenance company began dumping their arisings in the space, the decision has been made,( if permission is granted,) to re-landscape this area so it becomes an asset to the site, arrests complaints from neighbouring property owners, and is easier to maintain. Other trees in this area are Plum, Cypress and Willow.
