Description

Tree numbering taken from recent survey,(available on request), T24-26, Lime trees bordering driveway, re-pollard at 1.5-2m above old pollard points, to match in with recently pollarded trees in same run. To re-instate as pollards and allow more light to neighbouring properties. T27 Chestnut, tree has poor structure and heavy crown bias to North over public highway, thin out crown on lean side 30% and reduce height by approx. 4m, (current height 15m) to alleviate stress and reduce chance of failure toward highway. T28 Lime, has poor structure multi-stemmed at base and again crown bias to highway at North. Remove smaller stems,(3) at base to improve overall form of tree, reduce height of tree by 5m (current height 18m) again to reduce chance of failure to highway. T29 Chestnut, prune back two larger limbs to North,(along fenceline). Lower limb prune back 5m and upper limb by 2.5m, current crown spread to North is 11m. Thin out to reduce loading to these two limbs by approx. 30%. Pruning to reduce chance of failure of these limbs. T30 Chestnut, prune back limb to East over neighbouring property to uprights,(report spec.), prune to give clearance to wires and give 2m clearance to neighbouring property. T16 Lime by the vicarage. Prune crown to 2-2.5m above old pollard point, to re-instate as pollard making maintenance easier and allow more light to nearby properties.
