Cypress, Sycamore, Ash & Elder rear of no. 56 Hoskyn Close - reduce Cypress group in height by approx 1m & side adjacent 56 be trimmed; fell the Sycamore, Ash & Elder to ground level and the Sycamore group overhanging boundary to reduce back to the approx. boundary line; Reasons: Recommended works following a tree survey in Nov 22 - please see attached with plan and photos. Whilst the trees are not currently considered dangerous, they have an overbearing impact on no.56's property and have high growth potentials; To reduce the detrimental impacts on the resident. Cypress & Pine rear of 64 & 66 Hoskyn Close - reduce Cypress group in height by approx 1m & side adjacent 64 & 66 be trimmed; reduce Pine in height by approx. 3m; Reasons: Recommended works following a tree survey in Nov 22 - please see attached with plan and photos. Side branches from the Cypress are starting to splay out, with one particular branch liable to collapse onto the boundary fence to the rear of no. 64. The Pine is leaning at an acute angle towards the rear boundary fence of no. 64. The trees have high growth potentials and an overbearing impact on the residents; To reduce the detrimental impacts on the residents.
