T1 - 1 x Multi stem Cupressus - located to the front of the property by the drive entrance. Fell to ground level due to tree out growing its location and is now a physical obstruction when manoeuvring vehicles in and out of the driveway. Vehicles have struck the tree whilst manoeuvring and also restricts the view to oncoming traffic from Cord lane when exiting the property. T2 - Scotts Pine - Located in the rear garden along fence line. Remove tree to ground level due to the tree out growing its location developing a very uneven canopy that's spread out towards the neighbours conservatory. The tree has grown on an angle and is particularly weighted towards the neighbours conservatory. Removing the tree will allow more light into the garden and both properties. The tree isn't particularly a good specimen and better use good be made.
