4x Quercus T1 T2 T3 T4 located at the rear of no 3 woodlands road to be crown reduced by 3m, the trees are heavily shading the property and overhang the outhouse causing problems for the roof and guttering. proposed crown reductions will slow down root growth leading to subsidence issues in the future and allow for more sunlight to enter the space for other plants and shrubs to grow. the trees will be cut to suitable growth points and shaped to retain form and structural integrity. if a 3m crown reduction is not permitted then I propose a 30% thin to try and achieve a similar outcome with the branches overhanging the outhouse to be cleared from the property
