T1) ash (fraxinus excelsior) 2-3m reduction of eastern limb for stability with a view to reducing the entire crown sat some point in the future. the limb is leaning, heavily weighted and has a history of limb failure. the tree birthacates at approximately 2m with a large central stem and a smaller diameter stem(limb requiring attention) that bends out of form. the tree could loose the east limb completely without affecting the trees balance or form.
