Description

T26 Wellingtonia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) Canopy touching garage of adjacent building. Remove dead wood and lower limbs to give 2m clearance. T31 Lawson Cypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) This has partly collapsed in to another tree and close to properties. Tree will be removed. T56 English Elm (Ulmus procera) Dead tree that will need to be removed due to location near to the public path T57 English Elm (Ulmus procera) Dead tree that will need to be removed due to location near to the public path. T58 Lawson Cypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) Is covering the street light and needs to pruned around to give light to the dark pavement. Concern over safety reasons when walking in the dark. T59 Elder (Sambucus nigra) Dead tree that will need to be removed due to location near to the public path. Grid Ref: SP 49235 72892. A mature Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) displaying signs of ash dieback and obstructing the street light located on the boundary next to the path and substation was also identified when surveyed by Warwickshire wildlife Trust 30/08/2022. Presumably this was not picked up by the arboricultural report due to the time of year the survey was carried out. Remedial work: Remove deadwood or pollard due to proximity to path and substation.
