Description

Amendment to the definition only of Shared Ownership and Social Rented Extra Care Units within the s106 agreement in respect of applications RR/2013/188/P and RR/2015/411/P, to state: 'Shared Ownership Extra Care Units' fifteen (15) units (or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Council) for Shared Ownership Extra Care Housing comprising 15 x 1 bedroom flats and 'Shared Ownership Extra Care Unit' shall be construed accordingly' and : 'Social Rented Extra Care Units' all those forty (40) units (or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Council) of Social Rented Extra Care Housing provided by the Registered Provider pursuant to the Planning Permission comprising 1 bedroom units and 'Social Rented Extra Care Unit' shall be construed accordingly'.
