Remove all tiles from side tile hung west elevation, inspect/repair as needed any decay with matching materials. Insulate cavity, install tile membrane, re-batten and re-tile whole panel. Carry out similar works to main roof and 3 dormer windows. Repair and re-point chimney stack. Install chimney liners and suitable chimney pots
