Description

Work required to stop rainwater entering building at top floor level. Substantial ingress of water has occurred resulting in a damp wall and damp internal flooring. 1. Strip off small bay roof complete. 2. Repair lead flashing and lime rendered panels. 3. Re-tile small bay roof on breathable membrane and repair treated battens as required. 4. Re-dress lead flashing over tiles and make good the verge and soffit timbers with oak as required. 5. Replace water damaged flooring in top floor room ( small area adjacent to the wall)
