Description

The plant in question is a lilac that has become overgrown - it's questionable whether it's a tree but it's quite large hence seeking approval. The plant is invasive and is spreading across the garden - I am also planning to remove a smaller offshoot which i include I photos and plan around 10 feet from the main plant. I am seeking to dig it out and replace it with a slower growing native tree or bush that will not risk damage to the property and will be supportive of local wildlife.
