Description

The two trees in question are on our land which is to the rear of our house on Greens Lane. We own most of the wooded area in which the trees are located.The arborist has recommended that the Elm tree is removed completely due to the danger is poses to the house shown on the plan diagram.There was also some discussion about the Ash tree right next to it, that is in danger of falling and the potential damage it could cause to the road and drains.I therefore request that we remove or severely cut down the two trees in question as I do not want to be liable for any damage that they may cause.
