Description
Two mature oak trees are located in the garden of 382 Rectory Road. in both cases the canopy has grown to such extent that it covers 50% of our driveway and circa 75% overhanging our double detached garage. Works requested is to trim overhanging branches to fence line. I have now received a quote and am looking for approval to carry out this work. I have contacted the the owner of 382 Rectory Avenue, who is happy for the work to be completed once we get the appropriate approvals in place. My understanding is that the TPO in question is 21/07 (Woodland Order 1, W1).
