3 oak trees (T3) in urgent need to maintenance/pruning/cutting as they are causing some potential damage to the back garden steps and also over hanging branches over the roof and falling branches damage to cars and debris in the road and public footpath.Wish to trim/prune up to 4-5 metres from top and reduce the volume of branches over hanging over roof and garden (also in keeping with other works in the area).Too much overgrowth and general pruning also required.Desire to trim/prune trees to avoid further damage to property and excessive leaf litter including branches falling in the road and on property and cars.The trees are currently over-reaching onto neighbouring roof (on the back) as well as over ours.3 oak trees -T1 - in the rear garden of 158 Rectory Avenue, adjacent to the boundary of 160 Rectory Avenue - this is causing damage to the party fence as well as us having had to replace our own sleepersT2 - in the front garden of 158 Rectory AvenueT3 - in the rear garden of 158 Rectory AvenueG1 - 3 x oak trees - in the rear garden of 158 Rectory AvenueDesire to trim/prune trees or remove where it is found that excessive damage will continue to affect house and garden structure.
