Description

There is a tree leaning from Marylands Wood towards the rear garden of 19 Mount Crescent, Hockley SS5 5AD. We would like permission to remove this tree to prevent it from falling into the Garden, potentially risking injury to the residents and damage to the property. It is important as a preventative measure given the wet soil conditions and winds we have experienced in 2024 and already in 2025. We would request permission as a matter of urgency so we can carry arrange for the necessary works to be carried out on our behalf.
