Description

The pine tree T10 has been under review without action for over 3years. The homeowner refuses to maintain and cut the tree. Reminder it has not been maintained of 15 years since the owner moved in. Prior to this it was maintained on an annual basis. The relationship between the owner and us due to this issue has irretrievably broken down and with the other neighbours on the boundary. It has now damaged my palm tree with the overhang and I would like permission to trim my side to the boundary. In addition, as per my conversation with Marc Fran?ois I would like the TPO removed from the tree as it is not serving its purpose. This represents an ongoing risk for such a large tree in a residential area.
