Description

My property is 44 Manor Road which backs on to Folly Woods. I have enquired with the council about pruning back the trees to the boundary line. I am aware of one oak tree along the boundary that is subject to a TPO. This is situated in Folly Woods close to my boundary with 38 Manor Road. The council worker suggested that all the trees are protected and I would need to seek permission to prune them all back to the boundary, not just the Oak.The oak under TPO has grown over our garage, dropping its foliage and is now causing the roof to rot and decay (despite regularly clearing it). Application is to protect our garage roof and allow for more sunlight into our garden/property.
