Tree - very large weeping willow. Central position in my neighbour's garden at 33 Deepdene Ave & branches come across my garden [31] to my neighbour on the other side, at 29 Deepdene Ave. I wish to cut back the "hanging bunches of leaves" which create a large amount of shade throughout the year and have become difficult for us to clear when they fall [continuously] as my wife & I are both 72 & are experiencing mobility problems. In the past, under high wind conditions, we have experienced broken branches falling in our garden, that were of a weight, that would be extremely dangerous if they would hit anybody. the leaves hang down to eye level & below. I had to get some removed recently to repaint my shed. This tree has been covered by a TPO 07/93 for a number of years & I believe the previous owner last had it pruned some 25-30 years ago. I'm not asking for it to be felled [although I would be more than happy if it were] just pruned back to reduce leaf fall, increase light, remove a danger.
