Ash tree directly outside my house. I?ve had permission to have the tree trimmed which was done to the what was allowed. But the tree is still causing a nuance. The tree is still dropping branches and with the recent high winds I found branches on my family?s car which I?m now have to pay for the damage. Branches are falling on and around my cars on the drive away. As mentioned before these a risk that these branches can hit a person, my kids and a risk to my neighbours cars, and family. Can I ask to have the tree removed please. It?s causing damage and a danger to anyone or thing below it. Update 3/01/2024 car the original branches dropped on is being repaired receipt can be produced once the cars done which is booked in on Monday 8/01/2024 can I claim these costs back from the council? As I?ve raised multiple concerns. Today I have gone outside to my car and there?s more branches that have fallen this time on to my car!
