The tree this application is associated with is I believe a protected tree, although I have no documentation to support this, I recall the previous owner of the property telling me this, approx 20yrs ago. The tree is diseased and looks completely dead, the leaves were shed prior to summer this year. As the tree leans towards my outhouse and over a public footpath I have concern that should it fall during high winds or storm it will cause considerable damage to my outhouse and potentially cause serious harm to a member of the public were it to fall while they were walking past.The tree is approx 25? high with two trunks approx 18? to 2? in diameter. It is located at the bottom of my garden close to my boundary fence and outhouse.
