Description

Tree is currently on the back boarder of my property, where this is it will not allow us to erect a garden fence leaving the rear of property unsecure. Also as the tree is now overhanging my property the chance of debris falling is extremely high leading to safety concerns for me young grandchildren. The roots of the tree have also caused damage/subsidence to a paved area at the bottom of the garden. For the above reasons we are requesting that the property is removed.
