Description

Full planning permission to replace existing Hardraw roof tiles, clay ridge tiles and stone slates on eaves and battens on all pitched roof of main house. Replace Hardraw tiles with Imerys double Panne tiles in burnt red to match existing tiles on attached garage roof . Replace old stone eaves with 3 courses of calibrated Indian Stone slates. Front porch roof replace existing Hardraw with Imerys double panne tiles. the main roof ridge will be replaced with mock sandstone ridge tiles 900 mm long. The rear of the roof(south facing) will have an array of 10 solar panels 'on roof' style fitted on top of new Imerys roof tiles
