Notice of intention for -Tree G18a (Sycamore), Tree G20 (Beech) and Tree G21b (Sycamore) - full removal of trees to facilitate installation of new entrance to Country store site. During discussions with the Local Highways authority to agree the full scope of S278 works, Highways raised concern over the visibility splay to the new entrance and agreed with the removal of Tree G21b covered by 1997/04/TPO.To Clarify, we already have permission to remove Tree G18a and G20. The removal of Tree G21b is a direct request from North Yorkshire Council Highways team as part of the S278 scope of works agreement
