Description

Listed Building consent to strip the whole of the roof of defective welsh blue slates and set aside any that are re-usable, remove stone copings from the East gable and set aside for re use and to include for new lead soakers. To install one Velux conservation type roof window to the rear of the building (South elevation) to allow more light and ventilation into the bedroom. To re slate the whole of the roof using good quality pre used slates, the existing ridge tiles to be re used, replace defective lead flashings to the shared chimney (One half only) (updated Heritage Impact Assessment, Roof Survey and photographs uploaded on 20/03/2025)
