Description

Application for a non-material amendment following grant of planing permission ZD24/00153/FULL to allow for a change to the external cladding to North, East and South elevations from timber cladding to a fibre cement cladding finished in anthracite grey, change of cladding to West facing elevation to a black metal profile cladding, to increase the size of building from 5m x 3m to 5.2m x 3m. This will be the external walls size. The roof will overhang slightly on the North, West and South elevations by approx 50mm and on the east elevation by approx 300mm for weather protection and there was a mistake in the application approval which stated no glass was to be installed into the eastern elevation. This should have read the south and west elevations.
