Description

Erection of single storey rear and side infill extension with glazed pitched roof to the side, following demolition of the existing rear extension. Erection of rear dormer roof extension over the rear outrigger to connect with the existing main rear dormer. Repointing of the front façade in lime mortar. Erection of low brick front boundary wall with iron balustrade and gate. Replacement of existing roof tiles with slates, and new rooflight.
