T2. Horse Chestnut Location: Front Garden of 1 Marchmont Gardens: Reduce overhanging branches in the upper west flank of the crown or branches that overhang 12 Kingswood Court by 2m, leaving a tree height of 21m, width 12m, to help mitigate bird fouling affecting the main path entrance to the area beneath the tree. The proposed pruning forms part of an ongoing management approach to alleviating this issue. In addition, a further non-invasive bird deterrent will be installed to assist in reducing bird activity in the affected area. All works will be carried out using recognised arboricultural best practice.
