Non material amendment to planning approval PA26/1203 Two minor amendments are sought: 1. A modest increase of 300mm to the depth of the approved front porch extension. 2. Removal of the approved sun tunnel from the front roof slope of the porch extension. All other aspects of the approved scheme remain entirely unchanged, including the width (4.3m), the roof form, the ridge and eaves heights, the external materials (brick and roof tiles to match existing), and the fenestration.
