T1 - Robinia Pseudoacacia (False Acacia/Black Locust). Approximately 15m. Deadwood throughout the upper canopy over high risk target zone of driveway, footpath and highway (Acacia Road). Proposal to remove deadwood only in order to prevent damage to property and injury to residents and members of the public. T2 - Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana (Lawson's Cypress). Approximately 12m. Large coniferous tree in close proximity to building causing damage and restricting access on Western side with over extended branches over the footpath on Eastern side likely to fail in inclement weather. Proposal to reduce back from building and crown lift by 2m to prevent damage to building and injury to residents and members of the public. Pruning cuts to suitable growth points in accordance with BS3998.
