T8. Common Lime (Tilia x europaea) Poor triple-stemmed specimen/significant dead branches. Retention is not considered appropriate due to the tree’s poor triple-stemmed form, limited long-term contribution, and its relationship to the proposed layout. The removal of the tree and its replacement with a more suitable species is therefore recommended, as this would provide greater long-term arboricultural and landscape benefits in line with the objectives of the local policy framework. Suggested Work: Fell in sections to ground level and grind out the stump.
