Lime tree located along the left boundary wall facing Hatherley Road 1) Thin crown 2) reduce crown by 1/3 - 40% 3) remove dead/dying branches A few small branches seem to have died but the rest have a lot of leaves that fall on the asbestos garage roof on neighbouring property, and our flat roof extension causing issues with guttering and rainfall retention on the roofing. Excess leaves and rainwater falling from leaves have also caused substantial rotting to the decking directly beneath the tree Previous owners successfully applied for 1/3 crown reduction previously and tree has grown in 3 years since.
