Description

T1: Eucalyptus Tree on rear boundary of back garden: Tree has a height of approximately 23m and spread of approximately 9.5m. Proposed works are to reduce the height by approximately 4-5m and selectively reduce lateral branches to balance crown, leaving tree with a height of approximately 18m and spread of approximately 7.5m. These works are being carried out to reduce windsail and help prevent future failures, due to position of tree in raised planter with restricted root growth, and its close proximity to the public footpath and rail tracks. T2: Gleditsia Tree beside above Eucalyptus Tree: Tree has a height of approximately 12m and spread of approximately 8.5m. Proposed works are to reduce tree to previous pruning points, leaving tree with a height of approximately 10m and spread of approximately 7m. These works are being carried out to allow light into garden area and continue cyclical pruning. T3: Pear Tree in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 8m and spread of approximately 5m. Proposed works are to reduce height of tree by approximately 1.5m and selectively reduce lateral branches to balance crown, leaving tree with a height of approximately 6.5m and spread of approximately 4m. These works are being carried out to balance crown and allow light into garden area.
