T1. Magnolia Grandiflora. Front garden Mature evergreen tree growing in very close proximity to frontage of building. Stem base is growing less than 10cm away from corner of house. Roots are causing significant damage to drainage system including the total loss of structural integrity of pipework. Surrounding masonry is also being damaged by the roots. To prevent further damage to property: Fell to ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth.
