Description

T1. Horse chestnut in the rear garden of number 12 Martingales Close. I am proposing to remove the lefthand co-dominant leader. The condition of the tree is below average. There is heavy ivy growth on the left leader with structural weakness at the co-dominant junction. By removing the lefthand junction any future damage to the neighbouring property will be avoided. The remaining right hand leader I propose to pollard down to approximately 15 metres, reducing the overall canopy by 5 metres.
