Description

T4029 Robinia - Pollard at approximately 8m retaining all lower canopy with a 3-4m radius. Justification: Minor established lean to East with dominance over adjacent property. New pollard would bring the tree in management size with adjacent tree works and helping with encroachment issues. Adjacent tree pollard requirements would leave upper crown open to new wind exposure. Regeneration growth would be easier and safer to manage. Current height 17m and current spread 9m. T4026 Robinia - Pollard at approximately 10m with a 3-4m radius on all aspects. Justification: Crown dominance to building restricting natural light to sheltered accommodation with elderly residents. New pollard would bring the tree in management size with adjacent tree works and helping with encroachment issues. Adjacent tree pollard requirements would leave upper crown open to new wind exposure. Regeneration growth would be easier and safer to manage. Current height 15m, reducing by 5m, current spread 9m, reducing by 5-6m.
