T0940 Robinia - Lateral reduction on East dominance over adjacent property from 6m to 3m due to established phototrophic lean and encroachment. No changes to tree height. T0797 Group - Reduce height of group to approximately 2.5m and cut back to clear parking spaces. Current height 4m, reducing by 1.5m.No reduction of spread. T4028B Robinia - Pollard at approximately 8m retaining all lower canopy with a 3-4m radius. Justification: Minor established lean to East with dominance over adjacent property. New pollard would bring the tree in management size with adjacent tree works and helping with encroachment issues. Adjacent tree pollard requirements would leave upper crown open to new wind exposure. Regeneration growth would be easier and safer to manage. Current height 14m and current spread 7m. T4031 Robinia - Pollard at approximately 8-10m retaining all lower canopy with a 3m radius on all aspects. Justification: Large historic 2-3m open wound on South sub dominant stem with exposed heartwood and potential compromised structural integrity. Adjacent tree pollard requirements would leave tree asymmetric and under new wind exposure. Current height 17m and current spread 9m. T0929 Oak - Crown Lift to 3m over driveway for vehicle clearance. No change to overall height or spread. T0951 2x Group - Fell, trees in poor form
