Description

Upgrade, reconfigure and extend the centre, consisting of: 1. Construction of two extensions to the rear / north-east / Grove Road elevation. 2. Creation of two new entrance doors within the front / south-west / Cambrian Road elevation. Two sets of French doors to be replaced with windows. 3. A new, compliant wheelchair ramp from Cambrian Road to the new front / south-west facing entrances. 4. Provision of double door access on the rear / north-east / Grove Road elevation. 5. Insertion of new fenestration in the side / south-east elevation. 6. Installation of compliant signage. 7. Remodelling existing external stores. 8. Removal of front railings bounding Cambrian Road to provide access to proposed new cycle storage.
