Description

Variation of Condition C3 (Approved drawings) of planning approval 24/3110/HOT; to allow for driveway finish change from gravel to permeable block paviour (Drivesett Tegula Priora in Pennant Grey - similar to what is already there). Patio finish changes in back garden from block paviour to traditional style limestone (or similar) paving. Change of material to new rear French doors and windows (to new extension and existing, only at ground floor) from white painted timber to white PPC aluminium (note: new door and window to front of proposed extension would remain as timber, painted white to match existing).
