Description

Removal of the existing double-glazed aluminium framed lean-to infill roof, raise the existing boundary wall from the rear face of the dwelling to line through with the end of the existing outrigger. Construct a flat roof with 2No. flat roof lights to replace the existing glazed roof. The remainder of the lean-to roof serving the single storey rear extension to be clad in slate to match the existing outrigger roof, together with the addition of a rooflight. Remove the existing doors on rear elevation increase width of opening to form 3No. panel By-fold doors.
