Description

Repairs to the existing Grade II Listed Beveree Building, comprising of repair and maintenance to the roof at the rear of the building and the single storey side roof, with defects including damaged slates, the absence of a breathable underlay to the roof, deteriorated flashings and leadwork, areas of non-original cement mortar, and a defective timber rooflight. Repairs to upper areas of brickwork, capping stones, and corbelling to the rear of the building. Replacement of areas of inappropriate mortar.
