Description

The proposal is for change of roof design of the front projection from cat-slid-roof to gable roof with insertion of two sash windows to front elevation and one on each side, relocation of the front entrance door, insertion of four sash windows on ground floor front elevation, extension of the living room to the rear, removal of the chimney breast along with 2 x double doors replacing them with 3 x full height fixed glass panels, conversion of the integral garage to office, insertion of a sky light to rear roof slope and a window on the first floor rear elevation, removal of 2 x sash windows from ground floor rear elevation and addition of a new sash window and relocation of the single door, replacing the existing metal fences along front and side boundary with 1.2m high brick wall with green vegetation hedge to a total height of 2m and relocation of the front gate to align with new front entrance and installation of 9 x solar panels on front roof slope.
