LESSER WORKS THAN IN APPLICATION - PA25/2308 T1 – Black Walnut - Reduce all aspects of the crown by approx. 2.5 – 3.5m. - Remove dead wood and crossing branches. Note: The mature Black Walnut is currently approx. 20m tall and 15 wide. Upon completion the tree will be approx. 17.5m tall and 12m wide. All pruning cuts will adhere to BS 3998:2010. The reason for the tree pruning is due to how severely the tree overhangs the surrounding property and roofs. This tree is very productive in producing large walnuts some in excess of 150g which have caused damage to the property and pose a health and safety risk. The above works are as part of general maintenance to manage the tree in a healthy condition but at a slightly smaller size.
