Description

TPO Mulberry Tree: Crown reduction by 4m on all aspects to mitigate another limb failure. This will ensure structural safety while preserving the tree’s amenity and long-term viability Justification for Proposed Works: The mulberry tree has undergone previous crown reductions; however, the current crown spread is now encroaching upon adjacent structures, raising concerns over potential damage and excessive loading near the property. We propose a carefully executed crown reduction by up to 2 metres beyond prior reduction points. This work is necessary to maintain a safe clearance from the building and reduce structural pressure, while also aiming to preserve the natural form, health, and amenity value of the tree in the long term. The proposed intervention is proportionate and considerate of the tree’s overall condition and contribution to the local landscape. Finished height 4.5m finished spread 4m
