5 DAY DANGEROUS TREE NOTICE Regarding T121, the tree was not included in the application as it was not dead at the time of our application, but as the tree is now dead I believe we are allowed to fell the tree under the TPO exemptions and a full TPO application is not required. I have forwarded the photo for your reference and files and have provided a minimum of 10 days notice of our intention to fell under exemption as required.
