Description

Cedar suffered significant limb drop - weight reduction of 50% - an overall crown reduction of 1m to 1.5m, pruning back to suitable growth, cut sizes will not exceed 40mm in diameter A weight reduction to remove 50% of the branch material at the end of the remaining limb that over hangs Lowther Road, to reduce the risk of further limb drop by reducing sail effect and tip weight. Pruning will be to logical points and removing unwanted geotropic upward growth. An overall crown reduction of 1m to 1.5m to account for the limited space for future growth, pruning back to suitable growth, cut sizes will not exceed 40 mm in diameter. Overall tree dimensions to change from 12m tall by 14m wide to 10.5m tall to 11m wide.
