Description

Remove roof coverings to timber framed dormer window structure, expose and replace all rotten members, window frames and any other defective elements, replacing like for like with new treated timbers in similar profiles. Re-use existing roof tiles and provide Code 4 lead flashings to restore the dormer to its original condition. Slimline double glazed units to the two side fanlights, spacer bars in white. All exposed timber work finished in white paint, as existing.
