Description

Please refer to Trees Location plan. The 8 off leyland Cypress trees have outgrown their situation. The works will involve : reducing the height of the trees such that they are no higher than the neighbouring 4 Manor Road building, cutting back any branches that overhang or touch the neighbouring property and removing any dead wood - 2m crown reduction in width and 2.0 to 3.0m reduction in height leaving a canopy spread of 3m and a tree height of 9.0m.
