T1 Bay tree overhanging into neighboring property. Cut back by up to 4m to beyond boundary line any other branches overhanging to be cut back to boundary line also - Height 8m - no change in height. Spread is 5 meters, reducing by 2 meters, leaving a residual spread of 3meters. G3 2 x Sycamore trees encroaching onto building. Some branches are touching the windows, roof and guttering. Clear the profile of the building by up to 2.5m to stop branches causing damage. Both height 20 meters - no change in height. 1st Sycamore (nearest the front in photo/1st on left) spread is 10 meters, reducing by 2.5 meters, leaving a residual spread of 7.5 meters on building side only. 2nd Sycamore (behind/adjacent to first) spread is 12 meters, reducing by 2.5m, leaving a residual spread of 9.5 meters on building side only
