T5 - Group of Amelanchier - cut back canopies from adjacent building by up to 2m to allow 2m clearance from building leaving canopy spread of 3m (no change to height) - The trees are growing very close to the property - the canopies have been maintained for years to ensure they do not pose a nuisance to the neighbours. T17 - Paper Bark Birch - lift canopy up to 2.4m from ground level to allow pedestrian access and to ensure street lamp and road sign are clear - the tree is hanging low over the pavement and blocking the sign and street lamp. T99 - Hornbeam - lift canopy up to 4m from ground level - the canopy is hanging low over the road, lift to allow vehicles to safely pass below. T127 - London Plane - re-pollard back to previous pruning points/knuckles (leaving canopy 16m tall and 10m wide) as last done in 2017 and tree has become large for position. Maintain pollard to maintain size of tree for urban area. T132 - London Plane - re-pollard back to previous pruning points/knuckles (leaving canopy 16m tall and 10m wide) as last done in 2017 and tree has become large for position.
