G1. Sycamore x 3 Rear Communal area: Trees are located on the extreme rear boundary joining the revetment to the Thames. The roots appear to be affecting the structure of the revetment and if allowed to expand further, may cause significant damage. There is also substantial squirrel damage evident in all trees, which will ultimately result in branch loss. Fell in sections to ground level and treat stump with eco-plugs to prevent regrowth. The tree's current height is 12m and crown spread is 5m, average for x 3 trees. After the proposed works, the tree's height is 0.0m and the crown spread is 0.0m
